Annual Holiday Site Fee: $ 5,050.00

Fees can be paid

In full (by 1 September of each year)
Half-Yearly (by 1 September & 1 March each year) or
Quarterly (1 September, 1 December, 1 March & 1 June each year)

Entitlements:

The site fee entitles a total number of 6 people to be registered to use the Site for no more than 120 usages per year. No single stay by any registered person can exceed more than 40 consecutive days. Additional people may register to use the site by paying an annual charge, see below. Any person not registered to use the site will be considered a visitor and will be subject to a charge, see below.

Electricity Charges:

Supply and Service charge, $ 117.02 per quarter. Plus usage at the scheduled rate.
